IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR UPDATE EMAIL
All exhibitors will receive an exhibitor update email 6 weeks prior to the event. The email will contain links to the exhibitor information pack, compulsory exhibitor pass and induction form, and the exhibitor bump in scheduling form.

COMPULSORY EXHIBITOR FORMS – DUE 27th AUGUST
All exhibitors are requested to complete the following compulsory exhibitor forms before Friday 27th August 2021. It is the exhibitors responsibility to complete and submit the forms to comply with work place health and safety and for inclusion within event marketing.
1. COMPULSORY POWER AND RISK ASSESSMENT FORM
ALL EXHIBITORS, FOOD VENDORS AND ENTERTAINMENT attending this event MUST complete the compulsory power and risk assesment form.
2. COMPULSORY EVENT GUIDE & WEBSITE LISTING FORM
ALL EXHIBITORS AND FOOD VENDORS attending this event MUST complete the compulsory event guide and website listing form. This forms part of your marketing package and includes details for the event guide and website directory.
Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre Forms
All exhibitors are requested to download the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre Exhibitor Information Guide and complete the Venues Compulsory Safety Induction Form. If you require additional exhibitor services, such as audiovisual, catering, internet, rigging, cleaning etc. please complete the ordering form.
COMPULSORY BCEC SAFETY INDUCTION
ALL PERSONNEL, including event organisers, staff, contractors, sub-contractors, sponsors, volunteers, traders and exhibitors must complete an online safety induction and pass an assessment prior to entering BCEC. You will receive your ID that will be emailed to you upon completion of the induction. Random on the spot checks for your ID will be conducted by BCEC staff.
BCEC EXHIBITOR INFORMATION GUIDE
The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre Exhibitor Information Guide contains important venue information, such as exhibitor services, venue access, safety, general information and more. All exhibitors are requested to download the guide prior to the event.
BCEC EXHIBITOR SERVICES ORDERING
If you require additional exhibitor services, such as audiovisual, catering, internet, rigging, cleaning etc. please complete the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre ordering form.
BCEC EXHIBITOR FREIGHT LABEL
Any exhibitor who wishes to have items delivered to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, please download and attach the Exhibitor Freight Label. Freight will only be accepted on Thursday the 16th of September between 7am and 4pm.
All freight to be picked up from the centre must be between the scheduled bump-out hours, Saturday 4:15pm to 7pm, and Sunday between 7am and 11am.
Optional Exhibitor Forms
To provide Australian Events with authority to accept deliveries on your behalf at the event, please complete this form. Australian Events will not accept any delivery of goods without this form completed and submitted PRIOR to the event.
