The young, dynamic and values based NDIS registered provider, Greenleaf Disability Service (previously known as Greenleaf Care Plus) has been proudly supporting people with a disability since 2016. Now they are providing various services to NDIS participants in Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and Queensland. The mission of the organisation is to provide high quality service for people living with disabilities; the organisation aspires to become one of the best community service providers for those with disabilities while maintaining our ethos as a values-based organisation. Greenleaf Disability Service do this with a focus on innovative and creative thinking and collaboration with other stakeholders. They are providing a high quality of supports to the participants with complex needs such as Huntington’s disease, Tracheostomy care and highly challenging behaviours. In 2016, Greenleaf Disability Service started with 1 participant and 1 staff in Canberra, after 5 years they are supporting around 250 participants across ACT, NSW and Queensland with the support of more than 150 staff members.
In Queensland (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Morton Bay, Logan, Ipswich) Greenleaf Disability Service is dedicated to providing Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), short- and medium-term accommodation, In-home / Community access, Support Coordination, Psycho-social recovery coaching and Plan Management services. Engaging with their “Giving Back to The Community” programs is the uncompromised standard for the organisation; they believe their responsibilities extend beyond the day-to-day activities in the home. Greenleaf Disability Service’s staff are passionate, innovative, and dedicated to supporting people with a disability so that they can lead an independent life.
